Hi all,

Hope it's okay to post here as I've posted something similar in a different forum but thought locals here might be able to help!
I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of information about local area needs requirements that need to be fulfilled when applying for planning permission for a house? I'm trying to find out what exactly counts as "local" how many kilometres away from the site you're family home can be etc

I can't find it online so would really appreciate any help!
