HKC alarm log - AVI active?

    Hi folks,
    Would anyone happen to know off hand what "Avi Active" alarm log entry refers to after the alarm is unset at the keypad following an activation? There were a number of consecutive zone activations so it would have been considered a confirmed alarm.

    It's a new hkc system with monitoring if that helps.

    Its telling you the visual indicator to call monitoring station has been shown on the system. It will log this in the log.
