Education part in Critical Skills Employment Permit

    Dear all,
I have questions regarding the Education part in the Critical Skills Employment Permit. I am trying to fill the work permit form but stuck in the Education part of the "Foreign National Details" block. I would appreciate any help.
    1. It is regarding the "Result Achieved: e.g. 2.1" part. Should I put the average result for all 4 year study, or last year or just result of final project? And, in our university our grades are calculated as a max of 4.0 GPA. Is there any tutorial where I can convert my score to the one you prefer?
    2. My second question is about my Master study. I had started graduate education but didn't complete it yet. I have completed all the required courses but did not complete my thesis. Should I put Undergraduate (BSc) or Graduate (MSc) courses in the "Final courses taken" part? MSc courses are the latest one but I am not sure since I didn't complete my MSc education yet. If I need to put MSc there, then do I have to update the "Title of Course" part as MSc in Computer Engineering?
Thanks in advance for all your help.
