Trying my coffee with different types of organic milk lately, any one have any preference of milk they use??

And what type of water are people using to brew their coffee? I use tesco ashbeck water which was recommended to me recently and I find it makes a nice difference

Jersey milk if fantastic if you can find it, M&S used to stock it, not sure if they still do. The higher the protein content the better.

With regards water, I just use tap water. We are really lucky in Dublin (northside anyway) as the water quality is really good, probably better then some of the cheep bottled water.
