Older Curriculum Maths Books

Trying to get my hands on some older curriculum Maths Books. Hoping that perhaps there are some long serving Primary School Teachers who post here that might have held onto them.

I'm looking for copies of the Original Busy at Maths Series published between 1981 and 2000 (no later than the 2000 edition)

I'm looking for books 3,4,5,6 and the Senior Infants Book

Also looking for the original Maths Challenge Series published 1989-2001 (not the current 2002- series)

Looking for books 3,4,5 and 6.

    Anybody held onto these?

I have to say that this is the best set of maths book I have used. Would love a set as well! Nice and simple, no distracting interactive resources, and good on concepts and language. No chance of a reprint, Fallons have a new Busy At Maths scheme now, have not had a chance to examine it carefully yet.

Back Off! I asked first :-D

You are absolutely correct! The original Busy at Maths (Fallons) was a great series. and athough Maths Challenge (Folens) was only closed tests, it was also nice, simple and effective. I'm actually looking for the books as part of a study into the curriculum. I've been gathering textbooks for a while now. I'm only missing the maths books and 3-4 other older curricular books and I have everything I'm looking for.

Unfortunately, a lot of older books and resources have been discarded over the past few years. I'm just hoping there may be someone who posts here that has them. I'm beginning to worry that I might not find them at all.

BTW : The other books are
    New Treasury of English 6
    Discover our World 1-4
Pól agus a Chairde : Workbook
Seán agus an Fathach : Workbook

All were from popular 1980s/1990's series.

    Anyone?

I'll have a look for you tomorrow Jaygon. There's a particular corner of the storeroom where no one has ventured in many years so you might be in luck!

Thank you Heldel! That is just the place where they might show up! I appreciate you looking :-)

    Hi there!

I was originally looking for the English versions but the Irish versions would do if I could not get my hands on the English ones. Anything would be well appreciated. Are you in a Gaelscoil? If so you might have the 2 Irish workbooks or even the English reader! Thank you for looking! Speaking of Irish, I for got to add the Leabrán don Oide (Teacher Manual) for Gach Aon Lá Rang a 5/6 to the list.
