Is the Lucky 15 e/w a waste of time, if one horse places and 3 win do you still only get 1/4 the odds on your 3 winners, backed this with PP before and seem to recall there was zero value on it??

If you're not a big gambler and only doing it to have a bit of interest in the day then a Lucky 15/31 is a good option. The bet includes 4 singles, 6 doubles, 4 trebles and 1 fourfold so you have a good chance of some sort of return. You wouldn't only be getting quarter the odds on your winners simply because one horse placed.
