Artificial grass cleaning - who/where/how?

Hi, We have two small/mid-size balconies fitted with artificial grass. Previous tenants left them quite dirty with sand and oil stains (???). It's a 3rd floor apartment so don't want to just brush if off as it would probably get on our neighbours' balconies... Any advice on cleaning companies in Dublin that could do it or…

Hi,

Any advice on cleaning companies in Dublin that could do it or how to do it myself (maybe where to rent that special brush-thing equipment)?
