    Hows it goin.

We have this weed growing in the silage fields. I noticed it last year. It seems to smother the grass. If I remember correctly I think a blue flower comes on it. (not sure) This field has never been reseeded.

Just wondering what it might be and any ideas on how to get rid of it. Thanks in advance

Looks like cranesbill, probably there because of patchy ground cover

thanks. How would i get rid of it. Would it stunt grass growth to spray now or would it be best to cut the first cut and then spray

High load mircam should kill it, probably makes more sense to spray it before cutting to give grass a chance to thicken up for silage

Have docks coming strongly in silage field along with a few other weeds, was going to use High Load Mircam, Croplink D50 or local supplier has Mortox 50 that he said would do the job.
Anybody use these before and were they happy with the results?

    Many thanks

can say about the D50 or mortox but be careful on the Mircam

"It is most effective against Docks in the seedling stage or during the early phase of regeneration from shoots. "

    Attachment not found.
Found croplink reaper better than either d 50 or mircam , sprayed at full rate on the regrowth at the rosette stage
