HRI Scheme

    I know there must be tonnes on this already but couldn't find anything that specifically answered my question. Just got the driveway and garden done, contractor has done all HRI stuff on his end.
    When i log into my revenue I don't see any options for the HRI scheme. According to revenue, the home renovation incentive scheme should be one of the options you see available when you log in but I don't have it.
    Anyone know how else I can go about applying?
    I know I don't get tax credit back until next year but still wondering how the application works.
