Worth it?

    Hi,

I recently sent a CV in to a recruitment agency, not really thinking much of it, but actually did receive a reply. In this email, I was told I had the experience to do Bar or Catering work with them but I needed to first show them that I was certified in manual handling and HACCP.

I have a manual handling cert from the training from my previous job so that's no issue. However, I don't think I've been trained in HACCP in any job I've had previous. The price I was quoted by the recruitment agency to do a course in HACCP is 100euro. As I don't have a job, I obviously don't really have the money to do it. Is it worth trying to borrow money to do HACCP training so I can get some work off the recruitment agency?

I'm not looking for any major employment, it would be more of a weekend/evenings job because I'm in college. I've just been applying for all kinds of jobs, but I haven't got anything yet except this response from the recruitment agency.
