Help with Phone pic

    Hi,

    I need to take some photo's on my phone but it is crucial that they are time/date stamped. I have taken some so far and when I click Details on pic it shows date etc.

    The problem is today I changed the time/date on my phone and took some pic, the pics then showed the changed time and not the true time. I have two questions

    1: Is the real/true time of photo buried in the phone memory somewhere

    2: What are my options for taking these photo's...digital camera maybe ?

    The date can always be changed. EXIF isnt evidence.

    So no phone pic can be used as evidence if date is needed ? Can you think of any way a pic can be taken that verifies the time...
