Fencing front garden

    Hi There,
    Looking for some advice regarding fencing Im planning on putting up between myself & my neighbours garden, the problem I have is there is approx 6 houses in an L shape that have no boundaries between them & I wanted to know how do I go about finding out where my garden stops & where my neighbours begins & also do I need planning permission to put fencing up?

    Do I need to let/ask the neighbour about the fencing?

    Do you have Title Deeds for the land that you own ?
    This should have a Title Deeds Map showing the extent of the boundaries
