I took up employment recently and when the DSP are calculating my means they are including Benefit in Kind which I pay on Health Insurance provided by the company. Can they do this to me?

Im pushing the limits of my medical condition by taking up employment and overnight I have lost all my DA and also my FTP which for me is the biggest issue as I have to travel for medical appointments quite a bit.
There doesn't seem to be any incentive here for me to take up and stay in tax paying employment.

why did you think you could work full time and still get a means tested payment for people who are unfit for full time work?
