Last year I could claim Tax Credits for medical expenses via PAYE Anytime. Now when I log in it tells me to use PAYE Services. When I open that it gives me a few Tax credits to claim (nursing homes, guide dogs etc), but nothing that looks medical. Am I missing something?

There is a section beside nursing homes where you can enter the figures. I think its called general expenses or such like.
Im not near a PC now so I cannot check however if you click on the different sections it will show up.
Id the same issue earlier in Jan. You would imagine that the gen medical claim would be more prevalent rather than 'nursing homes'.

Cheers for the reply. These are the only options I get. The link about Nursing Home asks for resident's PPSN and Nursing Home name....

For last year you have to claim through PAYE Anytime selecting 2016 - health expenses can't be claimed yet for 2017 using the new system until next year
