Business Wastewater Services Charge

    If a commercial building is on a metered connection for mains water supply and is also connected to the public sewer network but the buildings owners then install a rainwater harvesting system so their mains supply is reduced  - how would the wastewater charge then be calculated ?

    The building is in County Dublin and in the area administered by Dublin City Council.
