Mobile Broadband - Need a temporary solution

I'm having alot of hassle getting broadband installed due to a mistake by Eir and am looking for a temporary solution while i'm waiting as my parter works from home.

If I understand right, with vodafone, I would need to buy this (which I assume would come with a sim) -

Then I top up by 20 euro to get 7.5 GB for 28 days

Otherwise meteor stick -

Is this all I need? Would I need a proof of address for the sim for pay as you go broadband or anything else?

The vodafone device you linked is older 3G, it'd be very very slow. You're much better off with a device such as the Meteor one linked though who you get it from should depend on what coverage is like in your area.
