Hi Guys just saw a small cracks outside of my bedroom window.

Do you think it's something we might need to worry about or is it just the outside paint that is crackling ?

    Thanks :)

Btw : I dont see the other side of the crack on the inside the only crack I can see with this window is one on the top left hand corner but seems to be due to the plasterboard when it was put on.

Here is the picture from the outside.

Pretty common to be honest and not something to be too worried about. How old is the house? Likely caused by settlement or general movement if it is an older house with shallow foundations.

You can fill and paint over to prevent water ingress. It will likely come back again in time. Age of the house will give you an indication of the best products to fill.

FYI my engineer said not to be concerned about cracks under 5mm. Some more info from a 3rd party site
