they will probably be valid for the rescheduled date, usually they don't issue new tickets if it's rescheduled, the original ones are valid.

yes, you can get a refund, you'll need to ring ticketmaster:
http://www.olympia.ie/whats-on/the-saw-doctors/

And a full refund is available from point of Purchase if the rescheduled dates do not suit patrons plans.
