Hi guys, Got a new job leaving on the 10th of march have 3.8 days hols owed to me, and on €30000 a year, what will i be owed if im owed anything by the company im leaving or howdo i work it out? Get paid monthly aswell Thanks guys

You get paid 1/3rd of your normal salary + the 3.8 days of holidays (so about half your normal monthly salary) most likely they will pay you in the normal cycle but some companies do an earlier leaver payment instead at the "normal" date.
