Wheel alignment issue

Hi brought my Kia ceed to the tyre garage for them to have a look at my tyres as my mechanic said I need 4 new tyres as there is uneven wear due to an alignment issue when I was getting it serviced.

The manager in the tyre garage told me that only need 2 new tyres on the front as the back ones are still in good nick even tho there is a small bit of uneven wear.

I forgot to ask him if I was to get 2 new tyres on the front and got the 4 wheel alignment done, would the small bit of uneven wear on the rear tyres knock off the readjusted alignment?? Or would this be ok.

It'll be ok. What percentage wear left on the rears inc depth? Tyre needs the required thread depth across 75% of the width. If they're not great, personally I'd change them.
