I am wondering could or should I go further with this.

Went to collect my payment, no payment here

Called local office, oh they want to see you

Go to local office to be told I missed a meeting, said I got no letter

Then talking to another member of staff to be told no I changed your post office as wanted to talk to you. Said why did you do that, because I can and she laughed at me.

Then her manner was shocking, why aren’t you working, are you even looking for work, basically talking down to me trying to make me feel like nothing, all this at a counter for her assistant and staff and customers to hear.

Asked do I get double week in my usual post office, no its in that post office, said do I have to get it today, its there get it if you want she said

I’ve a feeling seetec got onto them and said to give me a bit of shake up. Im playing ball with seetec 10 months now, twice I complained and seems you aren’t allowed do that.

That's typical of that office, you can complain but you'll get nowhere.

One of the lads was with me and was pushing to go down registered later to manager.

I was going to,but what would could of of it? Untold hassle until I hopefully eventually get off the dole

Horrible way to treat customers as we're meant to be considered as.

    Sorry if not clear

Basically one of the staff moved my post office so I'd either call and/or go into them, then they could grill me. Then let me on the secret of where this week's money was. Then next week I'm allowed go back to normal.

All without and notice and because she can

Write to the superintendent and make a complaint.
Don't exaggerate the level of inappropriate behaviour by the staff member as there may be CCTV of the encounter and I can assure you if there were other staff members there then there will be witness accounts.
    You also have a witness.
    Good luck.

Did you miss a meeting? Cause maybe they did this to get your attention as they knew it would work with you.

Instead of putting your energy into writing a letter of complaint, why not apply for another job, do a safe pass, look at BTEI Initaives. Once you have managed to find and keep regular work you wont have to deal with them.

No never miss meeting's , 10 months in seetec and much as I'd love to, I haven't missed one

First one said meeting, second one stood laughing telling me I moved your post office becuase I wanted to talk to you. Delighted with herself

I need experience now, I've a ecdl and some i.t certs, want up to back it up with experience. Stupidly I thought jobridge would've given me that.
