    Google "1.5 bar in psi".

Tyre pressure is measured in PSI or bar. Most peeps I know use PSI
    Conversion https://www.puretyre.co.uk/tyre-information/psi-to-bar-conversion-chart/

Edit - or do what he said ^^^ :D

You can type all kinds of conversions straight into Google ...

    20 deg c in fahrenheit
    50km/h in knots
    12st 7lb in kg

    etc. etc.

If the wheelbarrow hasn't been used in a while, the OP might want to have the wheel balanced, and I'd always recommend getting Laser Alignment.

And nitrogen fill the tyre so twice the load can be carried with ease.

Make sure she has the valid NWT and wheelbarrow tax first
