Remove old credit card from Online Banking

    Hi,

    I reported my credit card as stolen last week and have received my replacement card, and set this up on my online banking. Could you please tell me how I remove the old credit card from my online banking screen? I don't see an option for this.

    Thanks for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

    To remove your old card details from your 365Online viewing profile, please submit this request via the 'Ask a question' option on the Service Desk. Once receive, this will be processed automatically and your old card number will disappear.
