I cant get a signal on my sky box this evening. I have unplugged it for 5 mins and still no joy. I have an satellite on the roof from the original installation of the Sky box/connection. It it likely that the satellite has been misplaced due to the winds which is causing the problem. If so I will have to get someone out as I don't fancy getting up on a ladder.

Yes likely it moved. Only way to rule it out would be to bring the box to a friend with a working system and check on their dish.

Yes, most likely the satellite dish requires realigning but could also be that the cable connector to the LNB has come loose.

Thanks folks. So its a job for a satellite installer or the likes. How much would it approx cost to fix it?
