I was applying for few low-end positions but no success. I presume the main reason for that is the lack of experience. But this is a case 22, I can't get any experience cause I can't get a job without it. My position is I am a night manager since 12 years, it's a big, well know hotel , apart from customer service I do good few office jobs, cash handling, various reports for accounts department etc. However, it does not seem to be enough. What would you do in my situation?
