We have received our letter of offer which was issued at the start of February. We returned the signed copy. We have signed everything in the loan pack with our solicitor. He will be requesting the funds in the first two weeks of March. Is that finally it from our side or can/will the mortgage department request more statements etc.?

    Hi robocode,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

This would be on a case by case basis and we'd be unable to confirm here whether you will need to provide more statements. It would be best to speak with your mortgage advisor who can advise you on your application.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
