No.
While the monitors might be VESA compatible once the stand it's removed, generally the connecting/locking mechanism of the monitor and stand is proprietary to the manufacture.

You can usually swap between eg 2 Dell screen (though if they're enough generations apart it may not work) but not between different manufacturers. They're "helpful" like that.
