Does anyone care to give an opinion or make any suggestions on the proposed section of my new build. Thanks in advance.

Using Kooltherm everywhere. It's an expensive insulation. No reason you can't for example use some type of fibreglass insulation in the attic which is deeper. I'd also look at an insulated foundation system like the Kingspan Aeroground or another similar system if conditions allow. Then I'd increase the depth of the floor insulation an use EPS to get the same or higher u-value.

The wall insulation is thin overall at only 110mm. Probably meet regulations but who want's to just meet insulation regulations?

If budget allows I'd look at hollowcore for the first floor. You have the 215 inner block leaf to support it.

I presume the plasterboard is fitted to counter battens to provide a service cavity to the airtight membrane under the roof.

Any chance of seeing a plan?

Quinlite B7 blocks will make your pocket very sore for the thermal value they give you.

Regular blocks and increased wall insulation thickness.

2.45 is a bit low in my opinion for a GF in new house, especially if youve large open plan areas. fine for FF.

the cills obviously cant cross the cavity the way they are drawn

as mentioned already, Quinnlites are an expensive means to reach a theoretical u value. especially if you are using a standard mortar joint.

kooltherm is also an expensive product to met u values, though there are some engineers out there who arent happy with full fill products.

all in all, sections really only show heights so not much to comment on

Seems like a very expensive build method to get so-so results. Dreadful cold bridging around those window cills. I'd go for one row of quinnlites under internal leaf, no outer leaf (just insulation and render), 300-400mm of cheap attic insulation and better detail on cills to avoid cold bridging. I'd also be trying to get more than 125mm on the sloping ceilings but if the area is small it wouldn't be a big issue. And I'd want a concrete floor upstairs!
