    Hi folks,

I need to pick up a few new ties - I usually tie a windsor not - standard size tie for formal wear in work. However, where's the best place to get some decent price but still look ok?

    Thanks
    Paul

You can get great value in TK maxx, itncan be hit and miss so you won't get what you want every time you go in.

Marks and Spencer's ties hold up well I find. Likewise Debenhams.

That's high street, I don't know much about smaller boitiquey places.

E-bay as well. Check out this seller. He does a weekly auction with high end, pre-owned ties. I've bought loads from him and they are all as-new. And if you aren't satisfied with a tie he'll refund you immediately (and let you keep the tie). Bidding usually ends around 11pm on a Sunday night - but bit late and high as they'll often get snapped up at the last minute.

He details the size of the tie as well, for a longer tie you should be looking at anything longer than 60".
