RTB registration fee

I just registered a tenancy on the RTB site. When it came to taking out my wallet and paying €90 it said the fee payable was €0. Anyone else encounter this?

Is it a completely new tenancy (one would expect a fee) or an amendment of an existing tenancy (free)?

New tenancy. I also double checked and had terminated the old tenancy for the apartment. I received the acknowledgement email as well.

I raised a query on the rtb site
