    When I turn my Toshiba laptop the arrow is there to allow me to sign in but then disappesrs and I cannot make any selections such as chrome. Bsyttery is fully charged I remobef and refittef it but no good

    Looks like a possible fault with the touchpad, any dirt on it or liquid spill on it?

    You could use a usb or wireless mouse in the meantime.

    I dont have s mouse how do I iusr the usb No spillage on keyboard I have compressed air can will blow the keyboard

    several Toshiba laptops has a function key to turn the pointer on/off. On my laptop its F5. Look through your function keys for a mouse symbol.
