    http://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/7758/has-there-been-a-nuclear-incident-in-the-arctic

Seems "something" happened up around the general arctic region last month and has been setting off radiation detectors in Norway, Russia, heap of other countries, Spain and now France has reported it.

They say levels are to low to be harmful, jury is out on whether it is a Russian Icebreaker fault, Submarine, power station or something gone awry with all the old dumped decommissioned but not denuclearised boats, subs, lighthouse (yup a flippin nuclear lighthouse) or 17000  containers full of nuclear waste dumped up around the area over the years. And 14 nuclear reactors dumped in the water their aswell. The scuttled russian sub the K-27 up there aswell.

Anywho the US (who also have an abandoned reactor up there, not to mention their own nuc graveyard) have dispatched a specially adapted radiation sniffer plane to see whats up.
