    Hi all,
I went to collect my payment in the post office today and got a nil receipt with the below message:

The specified card/pps is unknown to the system.
For additional information please contact your local exchange.
I missed the welfare office so I couldn't find out what's going on.
Has anyone else got this message today or in the past?
If so does anyone know what it means?

I had plans to go visit my Grandad tomorrow but that won't happen now.
    Thanks for any information.

Were the staff in the Post Office able to give any advice? Is your card damaged or scratched in any way maybe?

The PO just facilitate the DSP in the payment of schemes and have no access to customers information.
The OP won't know why they were refused payment until they make contact ASAP with whichever DSP office pays them.

It turns out it was over a bank statement which I had explained didn't arrive in time.
I had told them this in my letter.. they didn't bother writing back and just stopped the payment.
I'll know that next time anyway.
    Thanks for the replies
