Card cancelled because of fraud - legitimatly charged refund

    Hi All,

    I spoke with you security team today regarding fraud on my CC. They have cancelled my card as normal.
    My concern is that I had car hire booked on my cancelled card which I would need to bring with me for the car hire. Therefore I would need to cancel my existing booking and the car hire Co said they would issue a refund but that it would be to my cancelled card.
    Will this amount be credited to my new credit card? Will there be any delays because of the cancelled card?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards. 

    Yes the refund will be issued to your new Credit Card as normal. Please contact the car hire company directly to check their refund time frame.
