Finding drawings on fingal.ie

    Help kindly requested

I have purchased a house off plans in a new estate but I don't have the plans! I have the brochure which gives metres squares approx and layout but no room dimensions.

I found the original drawings and plans on fingal.ie. from 2011 but I believe the plans have changed since then as the house size is different by 15 square metres.

Can I request the latest drawings from architect or do I have to go through the sales agent?
Should they be on fingal.ie. and I just haven't found them yet ? I'm just a curious type but I still wouldn't want to buy a house of 149sqm and be presented with one of 132.2sqm as per the drawings on fingal.ie

If the houses is 15 Sq. M in the difference, then there must be a more recent planning application.
    Where are you buying?

I'd rather not say here. So you think there will be an amended plan published. I should keep searching.

    Use the map search function.

Definitely found nothing new using the map function. Who would my next port of call be? Estate agent (probably useless), builder, fingal.ie or the architect. I don't want to step on anyone's toes.

It's not built yet😁. I just want to know where to get the plans with room dimensions etc.

Well what has been included as part of the sale contract? The estate agents brochure? I would imagine being given a house nearly 10% smaller would be grounds for breach of contact.

I'm sure the house is the right size or close to. I just wanted the final approximate room dimensions. It's very hard to visualise it and there was no show house of this type of house. I haven't signed contract yet which is why I'm being extra discreet.
So who is the first port of call? I will try the estate agent I suppose.

    OP: is this right:
    fingal 2011 showing 132.2
    The brochure showing 149
If its the wrong way around edit the post and I will delete this
In addition 2011 PP is more than 5 years ago so it was either extended or new PP got

On 27-Apr-2012, a decision GRANT PERMISSION was made by Fingal County Council on this application. Subsequently, an appeal was lodged on 24-May-2012 and a decision to Grant Permission was made by An Bord Pleanala on 27-Mar-2013.

So it would appear that the Planning may be still in place as the 5 years starts on the March 2013 date IIRC.
I cannot find a CN for this application though ?
