I wouldn't go for a statement necklace with that dress at all - I think it has enough detail that adding anything more 'statementy' than a pop of colour in a jacket or wrap and shoes.
In terms of colour, for some reason the first colour that comes to mind is a pale yellow! That's assuming the dress itself is sort of a coral/pink/red rather than a true red.
If it was mine I'd probably stick with very simple accessories in a nude tone and very simple hold or silver jewellery with clean lines.

I wouldn't go for a statement necklace but instead go for a bit of a statement on the shoe.

These are a 3" heel so should be fine for wearing most if the day(lets face it by 11pm at any wedding most women have decamped to a pair of flats that came along in the handbag :D)

or the same style in glitter

The above 2 pair only have a 2'3 inch heel.

I would go with a navy shrug or baby pink shrug(thats if the dress is a hot pink which it looks like in the pic) if you go with the silver shoe :)

Agree with the two posters above, I wouldn't near a statement necklace with that desss. The neckline just doesn't work that way. A simple simple chain & pendant instead. Focus on the shoes and wrap/jacket

I agree with the above posters, a statement necklace isn't needed. A short dainty chain would look nice.

As for shoes, I'm new on Boards so I'm not allowed post a link but if you go to New Looks website you can search for shoes by heel height so you can choose mid heels and have a look there. There was a few nice pairs that I think would look good. :)

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I actually own a few pieces of simple jewellery that I could get away with using. I suppose I was just thinking statement necklace because I'm very wary of having my arms out,
I would usually always opt for a sleeve of some description! Definitely going to go and have a look for a pair of snazzy shoes!
