    Hi,

    I tried to sign up my husband for the myAccount online thing. I set mine up years ago when it came out.

    They tried to ring him the other day while we were at a family funeral and sent an email asking him to ring them. I didn't have to go through any of this when setting mine up, is this a new thing?

    My husband works about 50hours a week and commutes on top of that so getting time to ring them back is a hassle. Does any one know if they will deal with me instead? I can't even imagine what they would need to talk to him about in the first place.

    Signed 2 people up recently and everything was done online, signed up online and had to wait for a password in the post to finish the process.

    Yeah, I was thinking there was something amiss. It's probably because he only got his ppsn last year. Just like how he couldn't sign up to get the utilities in his name or getting a bank account took months. Same nonsense. I'll give them a ring on Monday and see if I can sort it out with them.
