Hi I bought a smart TV in early December for myself but had it in the main sitting room so we could all watch it as I was sharing a house with my best mate. At the end of January I moved out and was collecting my TV the next day when I went to collect it he wouldn't answer the door to me and had changed all the locks and blocked me from contacting him. I have the receipt of proof of purchase and know who I bought it off. Could I bring him to the smalls claim court over it
