Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with the mordant group and their pay as you go offer for buying a car and what they thought? Before I sign in the dotted line. Thank you

Nothing inherently wrong with the pay as you go method but I think the cars purchase price will be a bit higher than a straight purchase. They could be on to a winner but if they were I'd think it would have caught on. They market towards people with bad credit, my only concern would be not being able to move the car on if I had to before payments were finished.

They had bad rep here before relating to employment law if you do a search but it wouldn't turn me off buying a car from them if it was good value.

Yeh I looked them up and saw something about unfair dismissal. I wouldn't mind that too much with regards to buying from them but just wanted to get some opinions from people who may have had dealings with them.
It's very hard to gain car finance these days when all you've done is missed a couple of payments from a loan so this seems like a great option.
I understand they may be over priced but surely not by much?
I'll hang on and see if this thread gets any comments from people who have done this before.
Thanks so much for your comment I appreciate it ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

If the car is even 1000 more than a comparable car you would have otherwise financed, it might not be too much more expensive overall.

A dealer is not judged on the cars they sell, a prospective buyer and mechanic should be able to choose wisely, but rather on how the dealer responds with after sales service, if your car acts up under warranty will they fix it?
