Casual labor not paid for 2 weeks

Hi there, this is my first time on casual labor so I'm new to the whole process.
Basically, I got a letter 2 weeks ago from social welfare saying I would get paid that coming Tuesday, and then every Friday after that. I did not get back pay on that Tuesday but did get 1 week of JSB paid to my bank account. Friday rolls around, and I get no payment. I thought that maybe it's 1 week behind or something? It's now the second Friday... and still nothing. I haven't worked more than 12/14 hours 1 day max per week in about 4 weeks and have submitted all my forms properly and on time. Is this normal? How long should I expect payment?
I did go down to the office myself the week before last because they never posted my casual labour slips and asked about my payment and the girl told me I was due payments these days. What should I do?
Also, my boyfriend has had his payment reduced to €80, and the girl told him it's apparently because I'm working more than 2 days a week even though I haven't been?
