We're a secondary school in Tipp looking to continue our Rugby training after being in leagues this year and on the hunt for schools that might be interested in playing us in friendly matches. Its just to keep the lads interested until the end of the year. We're have good teams, not amazing but just looking for a game or two.

    We've U15, U16 and U19 teams.

Senior lads are mad for a match if anyone has a Senior Team but Juniors will love it too.

MOD if it's not allowed, sorry- just can't seem to network anywhere else for this. I'm not a PE teacher so don't have the contacts :/

    Thanks in Advance :D

I'd hope that any established rugby school would give you fixtures, even if not vs their firsts. Good luck it's very encouraging!

Try posting in the rugby forum, lot of schools coming into business end of cup competition and after that it finishes up.

    Thanks!!

Hopefully we'll get somebody interested, just want to keep them going and don't want to let the lads down. They've done so well all year and don't want Rugby to get sidelined for the rest of the year when the other sports keep going.

On a side note, have a chat to the Principal if s/he is ok with this. Sometimes friendly matches can be more negative than positive if teachers or students are constantly away (extra to main competitions)
