There's nothing she particularly needs/wants so I'm thinking a half day spa type of thing (actually clueless here) for her and one of her friends.

Anyone have any recommendations in Dublin/Wicklow areas?

    ps; she's turning 31

The spa in Dunboyne Castle (Seoid) is quite nice and could be combined with a lunch or afternoon tea if she's into that? I think they have different packages on the website anyway. I haven't been for a few years but I'm sure it's still nice. When getting treatments you can use the small pool are and outdoor hot tub as well :)http://www.dunboynecastlehotel.com/spa.html
