Gas bottles not full!

    What can I do? It happend again.
    I bought a 15 kg bottle of gas for my forklift. When I put it away on the shelf to store it for a few months I recognised the indicator on the bottle only showed less than 3/4 full. So I brought it back to find out that the last bottle left in the shop was the same as mine. The people in the shop didn't know anything about it but would contact the rep. I didn't hear anything so far (3 weeks). Back home with the same bottle I found out that there are only 8 kg in the bottle (should be 15).
    Last year I bought 30 kg bottles for heating and found they had 10 to 12% less gas in there than there should be. I got the bottles swapped three times but none of them where full. At the end I got a bottle that was filled for me and free of charge. This bottle was filled with 34 kg gas instead of 30 kg.
    Now, both cases happened in different shops.
    So I am wondering, this happened to me twice and I guess it happens to others as well but I am in the position to check this others may not.
    Did you experience the same?
    What did you do?
