Hi, Does anyone know if the fixed (yellow box) speed cameras on the N4 towards Heuston are working? I think I was slightly over as I didn't realize it changes from 60 to 50km.

If that's the tall yellow one at the R148/R111 junction you're talking about (the N4 ends at the M50 now), don't worry. It's a 'red light' camera.

The below is a general 'signature' and not part of any post:

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

Public transport user? If you're sick of phantom ghost services on the 'official' RTI sources, check bustimes.org for actual 'real' RTI, if it's on their map it actually exists.

I could be wrong, but although there are fixed speed cameras still physically around the place, I don't think any of them are operational?

Something to do with the cost of the film for them being megabucks or something?

No Fixed speed cameras in the 26 counties.
(average speed cameras are making in-roads)

Plenty of mobile speed cameras to catch blind drivers.

It's the one at the crossroads at Kilmainham Gaol just before you come up to the Eir building? Think it's the R810.

    Thanks, that's a relief!
