    I have a HikVision DVR - DS7208-HGHI-SH/A.

Can anybody let me have a link for firmware that supports HIK Connect rather than HIDDNS?

    Muchly thanks.

    E.

Have you looked on their website for the firmware.

    Here is a link.

That isn't actually the correct link (for anybody else looking)....it's here:

    http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/

You have to run down through the various menus to find the correct firmware.

Anyhow, firmware installed and device registered on hik-connect.

Now, all of the feeds from the DVR are appearing "offline"....*bangs head against wall...."

    Suggestions, anybody?

Both links have the different software's.

    Anyhow, back to your machine.

What version software have you on it now? Maintenance/version software.
Have you got the platform access tab in the config/network?

    Firmware version 3.3.3 build 160716

Yes...platform access tab is there. Platform access is enabled...mode is EZVIZ Cloud P2P...server address is dev.hik-connect.com...custom is ticked and register status is ON.

If the platform access tab is there then the firmware you have is ok.

    Go into config/network/general tab.
    Tick enable dhcp then apply.

    Platform access tab.
    Stream encryption un-tick apply.

Restart the system and see if you get a verification code.

Have you tried to set up the app using the serial code off the device?
