VRT rebate

    Does a car need to be taxed and insured to get the VRT Rebate inspection?

    I know you need a valid NCT but it's quite common for a car to have the NCT but no tax or insurance.

    Basically does it fly if you arrive down with the car on the back of a trailer!:rolleyes::D
