    Hi,
Last Tuesday my BOI account was closed and all my account was to be transferred to my new tsb account.
I had money in my savings account and that has not come across yet. Just wondering if you could give me an update on that.
    Thanks

Hi Craigk18, welcome to Boards.ie and thanks for getting in touch.

If your savings were in a notice deposit account then the money would be transferred following the relevant notice period. The notice period can vary depending on the type of account that you have.

We have some information on the different savings accounts here. If you can let me know what type of savings account you have I’ll be able to tell you the notice period here.

    Thanks
    Nicola
