Is there much of a deal to it,

Neighbour reckons the herd would be locked up and I would need and inspection......but saying that he also thinks Roscommon will still be in Division 1 next year so hard to know!!

Download form94b- your vets will have one- fill it in and send wrong card to dvo with it

No it's a simple correction to the card, no penalties or anything

not sure as you need to send the form and the wrong card to the dvo, the form should be on the agfood site somewhere, form er94b. Its an old form still has premium status on it

Whelan is correct. Fill in form drop into Dvo along with card....keep a photocopy or photo on phone and the Dvo will issue new card.. I did same last year and no problem

I did it before but 4 years ago where I had bought heifer weaning incorrectly registered as a bull on card needed a stamped form from vet verifying the animals sex
