Roofing issues

Every now and then, when the wind is blowing at the right speed or direction, I can hear very clear rattling/scraping sounds coming from my roof. Last night, it was almost constant. I usually wear ear plugs, so it's not affecting my sleep, but it is clearly something I need to get looked at.

The only thing on my roof (apart from an aerlel, I think) is the dish for my broadband. I've contacted them and they can send someone out, but it'll cost e25 if it is their problem, and e50 if it isn't (and if it isn't, I'm guessing t.s.). It might be easier to get someone out to have a look. Trouble is I don't know who that person is. A roofer? A handyman? A guy with a ladder and a sure foot?

I also need gutters cleaned up there, but I don't know if that'd be the same guy (you know, "while he's up there").

Any leads or tips would be gratefully received.
