Simply Google "*course name* LinkedIn Ireland". If you sign up for a free account you can view as many profiles as you like. Definitely helps to get a better idea of what you can expect to do after graduating as the colleges themselves don't tend to go into too much detail, and they will be biased to a certain extent.
